Sushi Rolling Mat & Rice Paddle
Measurements: Sushi rolling mat: 24cm x 24cm, rice paddle 14.5cm x 5cm.
This bamboo sushi rolling mat will help you achieve perfectly even rolls of maki every time. Bamboo mats are bound together with twine and provide a non-stick surface for your rolling practice.
Also included is a rice paddle which is used for mixing rice vinegar into the sushi rice without snapping the grains; metal spoons should not be used when mixing sushi rice for this reason.
